Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Occupational Therapist to provide individualized rehabilitative care aimed at improving functional abilities and daily living skills. The OT will evaluate patient needs, develop treatment plans, guide therapeutic interventions, and support patients in achieving greater independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to identify functional limitations and therapy needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance mobility, coordination, and daily living skills.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions and adaptive training.
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress accurately.
• Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety techniques, and home programs.

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in rehabilitation, acute care, outpatient, or long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations and interdisciplinary teams.
