Crew Leader with Window Cleaning &/Or Pressure Washing Experience

Benefits Company car Free uniforms Money – commission-based, with opportunity to earn more Shine t-shirts, sweatshirts, polo shirts, and all necessary equipment are provided Paid training to learn a valuable trade and advance your skills Vehicles are provided – no personal fuel usage required Relaxed team culture Latest technology and equipment to ensure job effectiveness Job Summary Meet the team each morning at 8 am at the office (3636 Bee Caves Rd #215, Austin TX 78746) to review the day’s schedule. Drive a Shine vehicle to customer locations, often with a second team member, to perform window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, roof washes, house washes, landscape, bistro, or holiday light installation. Contact upcoming customers en route to inform them of arrival. Meet customers face‑to‑face (when they’re home) before work begins to confirm expectations. Suggest additional services when appropriate. Complete a post‑job inspection and review the work with the customer when they’re home. Process the customer’s payment through mobile payment technology to close the job. Return to the office at the end of the day to recap, clean the vehicle, and prepare for the next day. Work Monday through Friday, 8 am‑5 pm, with occasional Saturday work during the holiday season. Qualifications Enjoy working with people and customer interaction. Have reliable transportation and a physical ability to lift and carry a ladder of at least 50 pounds. Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in Texas heat. Desire to work in a leadership capacity. Speak English; Spanish fluency required. Experience hanging Christmas lights is a plus.
