About the Role

The Chief of Staff will be a distinct voice in the executive team, engaging in executive partnership, operational leadership, and high-value external interactions. Responsibilities include acting as a strategic advisor to the CEO, leading complex initiatives, and representing the CEO in high-stakes settings. The role demands a professional with a postgraduate degree, at least 10 years' experience in high-intensity environments, and a proven track record in leadership roles such as CoS, Head of Strategy, or Senior Operations leader. The ideal candidate for the Chief of Staff position at the company will have a background in MBB consulting, investment banking, or hypergrowth companies, with an MBA being preferred. They must possess executive-grade communication skills, a diplomatic approach to challenging conversations, and the ability to integrate AI leverage multipliers. The role requires a candidate who is adept at go-to-market strategy, stakeholder management, and decision-making, and who is capable of operating with a high level of fluency in operational and relationship management. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for the office's operating rhythm, leading executive meetings, and optimizing the CEO's schedule. The position is based in the NYC area and requires the flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time.
