ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2026, and we're excited to be building a team and culture from the ground up. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm Team Member and completed the Aspirant Program, which gave me the opportunity to learn the business, develop my leadership skills, and prepare for agency ownership.

I graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas and enjoy traveling whenever I get the chance. I'm also a big sports fan, especially when it comes to Dallas teams. Being involved in the local community is important to me, and I enjoy finding ways to connect with and support the people we serve.

Culture is one of my top priorities. I believe people perform at their best when they enjoy where they work, feel supported by their team, and have opportunities to grow. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Garrett Stanley - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
