Manage incoming inquiries from prospective clients and explain the benefits of various insurance policies. Prepare and deliver quotes for home, auto, and commercial insurance products. Process policy changes, answer billing questions, and assist clients with their day-to-day needs. Maintain accurate records in our agency management system to ensure smooth follow-up and compliance. Participate in local community outreach to help grow our brand presence throughout the Orlando area. Requirements Valid Florida 2-20 or 440 Property & Casualty Insurance License. Strong comfort level with quoting software and policy management systems. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with clients. Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline and prioritize daily tasks. High attention to detail when reviewing policies and coverage limits.
