Work & Family Life Program Manager

Navy Region Southeast Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR)

Navy Region Southeast Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) seeks a Work and Family Life Supervisor for Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base New Orleans. The incumbent will oversee WFL services, manage staff, and implement programs that enhance workforce productivity and support Navy families. Qualifications include four years of specialized experience in managing Work and Family Life programs, with a deep understanding of Navy culture and effective communication skills.
