About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join its executive leadership team. The successful candidate will have a direct and highly visible role in strategic decision-making, leading a broad finance organization that includes accounting, FP&A, treasury, cash management, and operational finance. Key responsibilities for the VP Finance include guiding budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and enterprise-wide performance management initiatives, as well as overseeing treasury operations, banking relationships, and investment administration. The role also involves championing technology implementations, process improvements, and strong internal control environments across the organization. Applicants for the VP Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have progressive leadership experience in finance, accounting, and operations within a financial services organization, and a proven track record of success in a similar executive role. Strategic finance leadership, the ability to partner across the organization, and experience in managing complex financial operations are essential. The role requires a leader who can develop high-performing teams, drive continuous improvement, and support executive-level decision-making.
