Who We Are Looking For The Lead Marketing Specialist/Sales Leader (Entry Level Management) position is a leadership role responsible for the salon's overall growth, coordination, and operational success. The goal‑oriented position requires the salon to meet and/or exceed financial goals, while providing remarkable leadership in customer service, team member relations, and motivational coaching/sales. The Assistant Manager/Sales Leader will also act as the salon ambassador to provide each member/client an unforgettable experience and lead marketing events (one per month). The role offers incredible bonuses and incentives. Candidates must be available Wednesday through Sunday evenings if necessary and have computer skills; POS experience is a plus.
