Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a qualified Emergency Room nurse for a night shift position in Wailuku, Hawaii. This role involves providing critical patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment. The successful candidate will have current licensure and certifications appropriate for emergency nursing practice.

Job Details:

• Location: Wailuku, Hawaii
• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  • 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire
  • Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in nursing or related field
  • Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to recognize and interpret cardiac dysrhythmias preferred
  • NIH Stroke Scale Certificate
• Additional Information:
  • No specific experience requirement other than current licensure and certifications
