Program Manager

Program ManagerDDN is seeking a Program Manager to drive execution for key GTM Strategic Initiatives. This role serves as a connective partner across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Partnerships, and Post Sales, working to turn high level strategies into robust plans of action and well-run programs. This is a role for someone who is an orchestrator and loves to put structure behind complex scenarios.You will put the operational rigor and tools in place to facilitate DDN's growth at scale. That means building the frameworks, measurements, and governance structures to drive seamless execution and continued alignment.You will partner with GTM leaders and cross-functional teams to structure how strategic priorities are planned, tracked, and delivered. You will own the program management work required to keep initiatives moving and visible across the company.DDN's strategic initiatives move forward with clear owners, clear milestones, and no ambiguity about status. Leaders are aligned on prioritization and know where things stand including: what's on track, what's at risk, and what decision is needed to unblock it. Decisions are made through data-driven assessment and progress is actively tracked to inform where intervention may be needed.Build and manage trusted relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Partnerships, and Post SalesTranslate high-level strategy into structured plans with clear owners and milestonesEstablish and run the operating cadence for strategic planning, including KPI development, tracking, and reportingOwn execution of select initiatives among DDN's top 5-10 strategic priorities, managing milestones, dependencies, and risksBuild the program plans, governance structures, and communication cadences that keep cross-functional initiatives on trackDrive change management for major initiatives, building stakeholder buy-in, communication plans, and adoption tracking so that new plans and priorities stickSupport structured analysis on new market expansion and partnership opportunities to inform leadership decisionsStay close to the business and bring back what you learn: where initiatives are stuck, where models need updating, what leadership needs to know next3-5 years of experience in program management, GTM operations, strategy, or management consulting, ideally in a B2B tech or infrastructure companyA track record of building operational structure around complex, ambiguous initiativesExperience building growth or investment models and translating data into recommendationsComfort diagnosing and structuring ambiguous problems: you proactivately create clarity and process where none currently existsStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams across stakeholders and functionsStrong communication skills; comfortable working with stakeholders across levels and driving alignment without formal authorityAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adjusting priorities as business needs shiftExposure to M&A, partnerships, or new market entry a plusWe're a team that shows up for each other and for the business.
