Hire Hangar seeks a Remote Paid Ads Manager to own hands‑on campaign execution, optimization, and reporting across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LSA. You will collaborate with external Programmatic and CTV partners to drive upper‑funnel initiatives and improve tracking and automation. You will implement automated bidding, analyze performance trends, and help test new lead‑generation channels while documenting processes for scalability.
