What You'll Do
- Evaluate hospitalized patients to assess physical and cognitive abilities
- Develop and implement treatment plans to assist patients in regaining daily living skills
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
- Support safe discharges and transitions to post-hospital care
- Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare standards and procedures
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license/certification
- Prior experience working in inpatient settings
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Preferred:
- Experience with hospital-based OT services
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
