Material Handler / Warehouse Associate

Day Shift | Monday-Friday | Manufacturing Environment - Pay From $22 to $25/hr

Join a team that builds innovative HVAC cooling solutions used in the electronics industry. We're looking for a reliable Material Handler / Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations, inventory management, and material flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and inventory.
Move raw materials and finished goods using forklifts and pallet jacks.
Stage materials to support production schedules and manufacturing lines.
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Perform inventory tracking, cycle counts, and inventory updates.
Pick, pack, label, and prepare materials for production and shipping.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.

Requirements

2+ years of warehouse, material handling, or manufacturing experience.
Forklift operating experience (certification preferred).
Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and cycle counting.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physical environment.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
Manufacturing or production support experience.
Order picking, packing, and material staging experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warwick, RI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
