About the Role As a Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's market expansion. You won't just be closing leads—you will help build the groundwork of our sales engine from the ground up. Working directly with leadership, homeowners, and our installation team, your primary purpose is to deliver tailored, high-efficiency comfort solutions that solve homeowner problems. This position is critical to our mission of delivering exceptional service while growing our market presence in a true entrepreneurial environment. What's In It for You Total Compensation & Safety Net: Uncapped 10% commission on all sales with a guaranteed $1,000/week forgivable draw/base safety net during onboarding and seasonal shifts. On-Target Earnings (OTE): Realistic first-year path to $90,000–$110,000+, with top performers earning $155,000+. Leadership & Growth Path: Future lead-mentorship volume overrides (e.g., 1% team volume override) as you mentor incoming sales reps. Next-Gen Sales Tech: Equipped with iPads utilizing Service Titan software and LiDAR heat calculation/equipment sizing tools (Conduit) to make quoting fast and accurate. Core Responsibilities Conduct structured, in-home consultative sales presentations to residential clients, assessing their heating and cooling needs. Perform precise heat loss/gain calculations and equipment sizing using modern iPad tools (Conduit LiDAR technology). Drive local outreach and brand presence through active involvement in community networking (e.g., BNI, Chamber of Commerce) and self-generated prospecting alongside company leads. Lead daily huddles and maintain close communication with installers and service technicians to ensure flawless handoffs and high customer satisfaction. Demonstrate strong pipeline discipline by systematically following up on open proposals and seeing every sales opportunity through to completion. Actively participate in ongoing professional development, biweekly sales coaching, and portal training programs. Required & Preferred Experience Required: Minimum 2 to 3+ years of successful residential HVAC or in-home sales experience. Required: Proven track record of managing a personal pipeline and closing consumer-facing deals. Preferred: Experience with local business networking, prospecting, and self-lead generation in the home services sector. Preferred: Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management platforms.
