Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.Alongside mentorship and learning experiences your day-to-day role will cover responsibilities such as:* Supporting HR Business Partners with day-to-day people operations and business initiatives.* Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.* Coordinating recruitment, talent development, and internal HR projects across business teams.* Preparing HR reports, maintaining employee data, and supporting people analytics.* Partnering with stakeholders to deliver a positive employee experience and contribute to HR process improvements.### About You* A recent graduate or final-year student in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.* Fluent in both English and Chinese; Chinese language skills are essential for this role.* US Green Card holder preferred; OPT candidates will also be considered.* Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.* Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to build a long-term career in HR, with the potential to transition into a full-time HRBP (JDS) role.*At JD.com, we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where every voice counts and every talent belongs.
