Resident-Focused Property Management Assistant
SupportWorks Housing
SupportWorks Housing in Chesapeake, VA is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support rent collection, applicant processing, and property budgeting, working with the Senior Property Manager to maintain a safe, clean, and compliant community.
Three+ years of residential property management experience, knowledge of OneSite or NextGen or ability to learn, a valid VA driver's license, and strong Microsoft Office skills are required.
