Pay: $25.00/hour Position Responsibilities: Create a consistent flow of communication from the Site Manager and customer to employees responsible for execution of tasks. Ensure productivity standards and benchmarks are met in assigned location. Complete required paperwork related to productivity standards. Coach and mentor new employees. Cover for Site Manager on days off and carry out tasks as directed. Cover driver/transporters, leads and VSA's when needed to fulfill customer needs. Interact with customer and attend meetings with customer as needed. Maintain strong customer service, both internally and externally. Monitor employees to make sure they are staying on task and performing their jobs safely. Observe and provide guidance based on adherence to job standards and policies. Coach, counsel and discipline employees when necessary. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Applicant must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid state issued Driver's License with satisfactory driving record. Must pass a background check, drug screening and driver safety skills test. Ideal applicants have open availability, a great work ethic, and are dependable. Physical Demands: Regularly required to sit; stand; walk; talk and hear. Move in and out of cars all day, as well as walking areas exceeding 100 yards multiple times per day. Stand for long periods, bending over repeatedly, as well as kneel, stoop, bend, crouch, or crawl. Use hands; fingers and arms to grasp, reach, stretch, carry, or lift.
