Principal Field Clinical Specialist - Mitral & Tricuspid (Missouri/Kansas)

Medtronic

Principal Field Clinical Specialist role supporting Medtronic's Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies clinical programs across Missouri and Kansas. Provides on-site clinical education, technical device support, and site coordination for structural heart interventional studies, requiring 75% travel including international assignments.

Responsibilities

Deliver on-site clinical education and consulting at investigator sites
Provide technical support for Intrepid TMVR/TTVR device preparation and troubleshooting
Coordinate patient screening, enrollment support, and screening material collection
Develop and deliver physician training on devices, procedures, and case studies
Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, coordinators, and hospital staff

Requirements

High school diploma plus 8+ years clinical support or hospital experience
OR associate degree with additional relevant clinical background
Structural heart or cardiac interventional procedure knowledge
Technical proficiency with imaging modalities (echocardiography, angiography, CT)
Ability to travel 75% including international assignments
Strong cross-functional communication and relationship-building skills
