What You'll Do Perform eyelash extensions (classic, hybrid, volume), fills & removals Provide exceptional client experience + aftercare education Build and retain clientele Maintain sanitation + organized workspace Promote your work via Instagram (Lashed+ branding support provided) What We're Looking For Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist 1+ year experience in eyelash extensions (required) Strong skills in lash styling, mapping, retention, and isolation Ability to work independently in a fast-paced salon environment Comfortable performing a lash set during the interview Experience with Fresha or booking systems (preferred) Bonus: lash lift & tint, brows, spray tanning Why Join Lashed+ Commission-based + high earning potential Established clientele + consistent bookings Free services for employees Social media promotion to help grow your personal brand Positive, drama-free, team environment Ongoing training and growth opportunities Important: This is not an entry-level role.
