Begin your driving career with experienced professionals and start earning immediately after CDL school without added debt. 10-4 Logistics USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for our Eastern Regional Fleet based in the Tampa, Florida area. This is a full-time regional dry van role featuring paid one-on-one mentor training, no-touch freight, and weekly or bi-weekly home time options.
- Pay and training
- $850 per week during paid training
- Paid one-on-one mentor program tailored for recent CDL school graduates
- Assigned truck upon successful completion of the mentor program
- Expected solo earnings: $1,600–$1,800+ per week
- Payday is weekly (paid every Friday)
- Paid orientation
- Route and freight
- Eastern Regional Fleet (Tampa, FL home area)
- Full-time CDL-A position
- No-touch dry van freight
- Weekly or bi-weekly home time available

- 24/7 dispatch support

- Valid Class A CDL
- Recent graduate of an accredited CDL school
- Minimum 120 hours of CDL training
- Satisfactory driving record
- Able to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely
