Requirements

• Active RN license (California)
• AHA BLS certification required
• Recent RN ICU experience required
• 2 years of experience as a RN ICU required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill ICU patients
• Monitor and manage ventilated patients and critical drips
• Perform comprehensive assessments and respond to patient condition changes
• Manage IV therapy, central lines, and critical medications
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary ICU teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Adhere to ICU protocols, safety standards, and infection control practices
