Job Description

As a Security Officer Access Control Driving Role in Moses Lake, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, monitor assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and provide responsive customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license that meets Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking facilities, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report unauthorized access attempts involving restricted and/or sensitive areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocols.
• Document patrol findings, incidents, and unusual activity through clear and accurate reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
