Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to join our team in Sarasota, FL. This position plays a vital role in supporting daily shipping, receiving, and inventory operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and capable of maintaining accurate records while ensuring materials move efficiently throughout the facility.
Responsibilities:

• Process and track incoming and outgoing shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records
• Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and reports
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, carriers, and internal departments
• Verify shipment accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with inventory counts and material tracking
• Enter and update information in company systems
• Support daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
