Massachusetts Pediatrics Job with 40 Hour Work Week, Outpatient-Only
Well established FQHC in western Massachusetts is seeking a Pediatrician. The desired candidate will want to focus on providing good health care for patients with compassion. This is a well-established and highly esteemed practice that has been part of the community for over 40 years. This is a seven provider practice along with several other health professionals. There are eight practice sites and two mobile health units.
Practice details include:
- 100% Outpatient
- 40 hour work week (32 clinical hours with 8 hour admin time)
- Hiring due to growth and retirement
- Those providers not on call will see patients 8am to 5:00pm OR 8:30am to 5:30pm. On call provider 9am to 6:00pm last patient booked at 5:30pm
- Providers rotate weekend call coverage (in office 8:30am-12:30pm Saturday only) Call is shared equally and all pediatric calls for the organization are routed to the on call provider via the nurse triage service
- See 15-20 patients per day
