Join a fast-growing manufacturing team as a Staff Accountant, managing general ledger functions, multi-entity accounting, and month-end closures in a high-impact environment. What's in it for You? Responsibilities: Post & Record: Verify, classify, and record day-to-day financial transactions and general ledger data. Reconcile & Close: Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and support monthly closing procedures across multiple companies. Manage & Support: Oversee fixed assets, support cost and inventory accounting functions, and serve as backup for key managerial roles. Collaborate & Streamline: Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to resolve discrepancies and refine workflows. Enforce & Maintain: Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and GAAP standards. Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Skills: Industry Insight: Background working within a manufacturing environment. Specialized Knowledge: Prior experience managing Fixed Assets or Costing/Inventory accounting functions. Education: Associate Experience: 4-7 years Qualifications: Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Experience: 3-5 years of general accounting experience, including 1-2 years handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs. Professional Traits: Strong organizational habits, high attention to detail, and professional communication skills.
