This role blends deep expertise in survey design and analysis with hands-on technical skill and strategic storytelling. The ideal candidate has experience designing rigorous analytics and representative research with both within- and between-subjects methodologies, proficiency in tools like SPSS, and a passion for translating insights into strategies for impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and manage end-to-end analytics and survey research projects in support of client strategy, messaging, segmentation, and experience designDevelop clear, respondent-friendly questionnaires that support both exploratory and experimental designsProgram surveys, including advanced logicManage survey fielding and panel partners, ensuring precise representation of the target audienceCollaborate with internal teams and clients to align objectives with methodologiesAnalyze quantitative results using descriptive and inferential statistics (e.g., t-tests, ANOVA, regression, chi-square)Conduct and interpret within-subjects and between-subjects analyses for the concise and clear communication of segment summariesFollow established protocols for fielding and analysis to ensure precision, consistency, and repeatabilityUse SPSS or other tools for data preparation, recoding, and analysis, including statistical testingPresent findings to clients and teams through visual, narrative reports tailored to nonprofit stakeholders—highlighting implications for fundraising, marketing, and donor experienceQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree required; Master’s in social science, marketing research, or applied statistics preferred5+ years of experience in survey research, ideally in an agency or nonprofit contextProficiency in survey platforms such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or AlchemerAdvanced user of SPSS for data analysis and reportingWorking knowledge of within- vs. between-subjects designs, including repeated measures and experimental frameworksStrong attention to detail, project management, and the ability to juggle multiple timelinesExperience presenting findings to non-technical audiences and collaborating across disciplinesA passion for nonprofits—and the desire to help clients make a bigger impact in the life-changing work they doQualified candidates, please apply to this position using the link below.
