Event Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and personable Event Bartender to join our Constellation events team in Philadelphia, PA. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for mixology and a commitment to delivering exceptional beverage service at various events. Compensation: $20 an hour.

What you'll be doing:

• Following standard recipes to mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests of the service bar.
• Setting up and breaking down all front of house and back of house bars and beverage stations.
• Performing food service as needed.
• Customer service, including describing and recommending menu items.

Must-haves:

• Service-Oriented Attitude: Passion for providing outstanding guest experiences with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively interact with guests, team members, and event managers.
• Attention to Detail: Commitment to high service standards and maintaining a polished presentation.
• Adaptability: Ability to perform well in fast-paced, dynamic event environments.
• Ability to memorize and describe a variety of recipes, especially for mixed beverages.
• Prior bartending experience.
• A valid state bartending license.

Nice-to-haves:

• At least one year of food service experience in catering, banquets, fine dining, or a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Familiarity with formal dining etiquette and event service techniques.
