Responsibilities
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
- Provide expert guidance, market knowledge, and strong negotiation skills
- Build and maintain client relationships with a service-focused approach
- Stay informed on market trends, inventory, and industry best practices
- Uphold our company core values in all daily activities
- Collaborate with fellow brokers, staff, and service teams to create a seamless client experience
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate Broker License (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to grow your business
- Team-oriented mindset with a client-first approach
- Experience in residential real estate preferred, but not required
