Our service and parts department is award-winning and record setting, both in volume and customer satisfaction.Requirements The ideal candidate will: Have a minimum of 2 years service advisor dealership experience Have familiarity with the Ford / Lincoln franchises Have ability in many aspects of fixed operations including warranty, customer pay and internal RO and work control, dispatch, technician interaction, business growth, customer relations etc. Work with BDC personnel and technicians. Work closely with all dealership personnel to ensure inventory health, customer experience and dealership CSI remains high. Possess the ability to work with staff to ensure that all operational guidelines are adhered to. Be familiar with AutoMate DMS (Beneficial, but not required) as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
