About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to take on a pivotal role in leading and scaling the HR function during a significant growth phase. The successful candidate will be a true player-coach, responsible for owning HR strategy and being deeply involved in all aspects of HR, from recruiting and talent management to day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include leading and optimizing end-to-end recruiting, enhancing performance management and compensation programs, building manager training and development initiatives, driving HR operations, and serving as a cultural leader to shape a high-performance, fast-paced environment. The VP of HR will also be a key partner to executive leadership, aligning HR strategy with business growth. This role requires a professional with at least 8 years' progressive HR experience, a strong background in recruiting and talent acquisition, and experience in building or improving performance management and compensation programs. The ideal candidate will have a tech-forward mindset, be comfortable operating as a hands-on leader in a lean, high-growth environment, and have a preference for prior experience in high-growth, entrepreneurial, or fast-paced settings.
