About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager, Campaign Experience to support pharmaceutical marketing operations, CRM/email campaigns, and end-to-end customer journeys. This role translates customer experience strategies into business and functional requirements, journey maps, playbooks, and campaign workflows, working closely with marketing, data, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain customer experience playbooks, journey maps, and process flows using tools such as Visio.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into business and functional requirements.
• Define audience segmentation, exclusions, communication triggers, messaging cadence, personalization, and dynamic content rules.
• Partner with data and technical teams to support customer journeys within Adobe Campaign.
• Document data dependencies, system integrations, workflows, and vendor requirements.
• Support email/CRM campaigns, digital content workflows, and campaign execution.
• Provide UAT support, including testing, content proofing, and pre-/post-production validation.
• Ensure campaigns are properly tagged for measurement and analytics.

Qualifications:

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5-7+ years in patient marketing, database marketing, marketing campaigns, CRM, marketing, account management, project management, or related roles.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical marketing operations experience, preferably with a marketing agency/partner.
• Recent and strong pharma/life sciences experience.
• Strong email campaign/CRM experience.
• Experience with customer journeys, segmentation, exclusions, personalization, and business rules.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical/functional requirements.
• Strong experience with playbooks, journey documentation, and process flows.
• Experience with UAT and end-to-end campaign testing.
• Experience with digital content production/workflows.
• Proficiency with Workfront or similar project/workflow tools.
• Familiarity with CMS and DAM systems.
