Highlights:

Patient panel to include both adult and geriatric populations (Geriatric fellowship training is welcomed but not required)
4 1/2 day work week
Direct access to over 50 employed primary care providers and a strong community provider alignment to serve as a referral base
EPIC
High performing, stable practice with established providers
Newly remodeled outpatient clinic
Primarily outpatient clinic as well as a freestanding modern inpatient behavioral hospital
Strong support staff
Earning potential up to 90th percentile of MGMA
