Are you driven, outgoing, and passionate about helping people? Do you enjoy building relationships and finding the right solutions for every customer? Deery Brothers of West Burlington is looking for an enthusiastic Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team!
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll guide customers through every step of the vehicle-buying experience—from selecting the perfect vehicle and taking a test drive to finalizing the purchase. No automotive sales experience? No problem—we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
What You’ll Do- Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude
- Learn about each customer’s needs and recommend the right vehicle
- Share product knowledge and assist with test drives
- Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and referrals
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Stay informed about inventory, promotions, incentives, and industry trends
