Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions Conduct in-depth conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities Connect clients with solutions that meet their financial goals Execute the bank’s risk culture and pursue operational excellence Build client relationships to meet financial needs Follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations Partner with small business, lending, and investment experts Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls Drive the client experience Manage cash responsibilities Requirements Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results Effective collaboration and relationship-building abilities Passion, commitment, and drive to improve clients’ financial lives Confidence identifying solutions for new and existing clients Effective and confident communication skills Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking transactions Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations Efficient time and capacity management Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours Ability to work at any financial center location within a reasonable distance Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions preferred One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment with individual sales goals preferred Six months of cash-handling experience preferred High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent required Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates strong client engagement and relationship-building skills while effectively educating clients on financial services products, mobile banking, and cash transactions.
