E-Commerce Customer Service Specialist

Customer Service Representative
Be the voice of RRO for online customers — email, phone and chat.
We are seeking a guest-focused individual to join our e-commerce customer service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including email, phone, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products, policies, and procedures
- Become well-versed in the back-end administration of our e-commerce platform
- Respond to requests on order status, product availability, and shipping details
- Document all customer interactions in the company's database
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution time
- Pull, process, and package online orders in a warehouse environment when needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Works independently and as part of a team; strong organization and time management
- Proficient with customer service software, email, and live chat tools
- Flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, nights, opening/closing shifts
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
Hours & Location
- Full-time only
- Lubbock, TX (non-remote)
