Accounting Manager

Boston, Massachusetts • $140,000-$160,000 About the Company: Our client is a private investment firm focused on the middle market with strategies spanning private equity and private credit. The firm invests primarily in North American companies across business and consumer services, healthcare, industrials, and technology, partnering with management teams to support growth and operational improvements. Responsibilities: Manage expense allocation, reimbursement, and other management-company accounting processes Partner with fund accounting, treasury, tax, legal and other internal teams on accounting and reporting matters Support carried interest, GP entity, and related accounting/reporting activities Assist with capital activity, internal entity reporting, and other ad hoc analyses Partner with external auditors to support the year-end audit Help administer and improve finance systems including process redesign and future implementations Requirements: 4-6 years of accounting experience Experience within public accounting and management company/corporate accounting CPA preferred Experience with financial systems and using AI within accounting #J-18808-Ljbffr
