Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Director of Emergency Services (RN) for an onsite leadership opportunity in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for a high-acuity Emergency Department serving a diverse community and managing trauma, environmental emergencies, and seasonal patient-volume surges.

ROLE
• Provide Strategic And Operational Leadership For The Emergency Department
• Manage Staff Relations, Performance Management, Staff Satisfaction And Conflict Management
• Oversee Scheduling, Staff Development, Recruitment And Payroll
• Support Student Engagements
• Monitor Departmental Budgets
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance
• Oversee Departmental Contracts And Vendor Relations
• Determine And Justify Equipment, System And Supply Needs
• Monitor Equipment And Supply Utilization
• Foster An Environment That Encourages Professional Growth
• Integrate Evidence-Based Practices Into Operations And Clinical Protocols
• Maintain A Collaborative Environment With Nursing Staff, Physicians And Leadership

Requirements
• Current Arizona RN License Or Compact RN License With Arizona Endorsement REQUIRED
• Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (BSN) From An Accredited Nursing School REQUIRED
• BCLS Certification REQUIRED
• ACLS Certification REQUIRED
• PALS Certification REQUIRED
• TNCC Certification REQUIRED
• Handle With Care Certification REQUIRED
• Emergency Department Nursing Experience REQUIRED
• Proven Leadership Experience In The Emergency Department REQUIRED

Preferred
• Master's Degree In Nursing Or Relevant Field Preferred
