Complete Quality is seeking a Warehouse Working Lead to provide contract-based warehouse support services for our Lowes warehouse located in Lebanon, OR. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity ideal for a safety-conscious professional with experience in warehouse logistics. As a Working Lead, you will be expected to be in constant professional communication with customer management and unloaders/lumpers/general laborers. Your primary role as Working Lead will be maintaining order and continued production on the floor throughout the day. It is necessary that you be the first and last on site each day, reliable transportation for this role is preferred.
Compensation: Approx. $21.85 Hourly| Paid weekly via 1099
Shift:
(3 days/12 hours) Friday to Sunday, 5:30AM to 6PM
Responsibilities
Overseeing warehouse workers, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and training.
Monitoring stock levels, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and overseeing the receipt and storage of goods.
Working with sales, customer service, and suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory management.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting safety inspections, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Analyzing data to identify bottlenecks, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, and managing logistics.
Lead will be responsible for preshift/end of shift recaps
Entry of all loads into lumperlink for all contractors to bid on in real time.
Required
* Warehouse Lead Experience required *
Previous Lead or relatable experience preferred
Steel toe boots and safety vest
Must clear E-Verify and Background Check.
