Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our team in Natick, MA. As a Shipping Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are packaged and shipped accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities- Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring they are secure and meet quality standards.
- Label packages accurately and maintain shipping documentation.
- Coordinate with carriers and schedule pickups to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain an organized shipping area and keep inventory records up to date.
- Assist in tracking shipments and resolving any shipping issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with team members to improve shipping processes and efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Proficient in using shipping software and basic computer applications.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
