Press Brake Operator - 2nd ShiftEaton's ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Press Brake Operator - 2nd Shift at our Pinckneyville, IL location! The core hours are Monday-Friday, 3:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times. The hourly rate for this position is $22.93 per hour with a $0.40 per hour shift differential.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Below are a few of the outstanding benefits that we offer:Benefits effective day one of employment.Retirement benefits, Paid Parental Leave, Educational Assistance Program, Wellness Reimbursement, and more!What You'll DoIn this function, you will:Run press brake for forming and/or punching operations.Measure completed work pieces to verify conformance to specifications using tape measure, micrometers, gauges, calipers, etc.Inspect completed workpieces for defects, utilize Workmanship Standards, accurately document results, and complete inspection log.Read work orders to determine specifications.Test and adjust the machine using gauges and hand tools.Install, and align punches, dies, or other fixtures in rams or beds of machines using gauges, shims, and hand tools.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment.SkillsPosition Success Criteria:Must be able to obtain a license to operate a fork truck in a safe, responsible manner.
