The BSA Analyst – Due Diligence supports the Bank’s Anti‑Financial Crime (AFC) Due Diligence Program by assisting with the review and assessment of prospective Strategic Partners, partnership programs, and new products. Working under the direction of the Senior BSA Manager, AFC Due Diligence, this role performs research, analysis, documentation reviews, and risk assessments to help identify potential AML, sanctions, fraud, and other financial crime risks associated with proposed business initiatives. What You'll Do Assist in conducting AFC due diligence reviews of prospective Strategic Partners, partnership programs, and new products or services. Review organizational information, ownership structures, business models, customer profiles, transaction types, marketing strategies ,and geographic exposure. Collect and analyze due diligence documentation, including policies, procedures, risk assessments, governance materials, and compliance program documentation. Perform research to identify potential AFC, sanctions, fraud, reputational, and regulatory risks. Conduct adverse media, sanctions, enforcement action, and regulatory background reviews. Document findings and summarize identified risks for management review. Contribute to special projects and initiatives that enhance the Bank’s AML/CFT program. Stay current on AML/CFT regulatory developments and apply emerging best practices to daily work. Requirements What We're Looking For: Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in the AML/CFT, OFAC, fraud, compliance, risk management, investigations, or related financial services role within a financial institution or related environment Knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, fraud prevention, and financial crime compliance principles. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Acknowledge and observe strict confidentiality requirements. Ability to review and evaluate information, identify risks, and document findings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Demonstrated adaptability, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast‑changing environment. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong professional relationships. Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting due diligence, risk assessment, compliance, audit, or investigative functions. Professional Certification such as CAMS, CFCS, CFE, or equivalent. Experience working in a bank, fintech, or with Fintech partnerships. Experience conducting research, investigative reviews, or regulatory analysis. Knowledge of financial crime risks associated with digital banking, payments, lending or fintech products. #J-18808-Ljbffr
