100% Remote | Full-Time or Part-Time | Extensive Training Provided The Montgomery Agency is looking for motivated, coachable professionals who want to build a career in insurance sales while helping families protect their financial futures. What You'll Do

Connect with prospective clients who have requested information about insurance solutions Meet with clients by phone or Zoom to understand their needs Help families evaluate options including mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, retirement protection, and other insurance-based solutions Work with multiple highly rated insurance carriers to identify appropriate coverage Follow a proven sales process with ongoing training and mentorship Build lasting client relationships and provide excellent follow-up service No Cold Calling or Door-to-Door Sales

Our agents have access to an established lead system consisting of consumers who have expressed interest in learning more about insurance coverage. You'll focus on speaking with interested prospects, identifying their needs, and helping them find appropriate solutions. What We Offer

This is a

100% commission-only position. Compensation is based on individual sales production, carrier commission schedules, and applicable bonus programs. Some agents who successfully implement our sales and lead systems have generated

six-figure annual incomes
