What You’ll Do Build and grow your own portfolio of clients in the transportation and logistics industry Prospect and develop new business through calls, emails, and networking Manage relationships as the primary point of contact for your customers Use McLeod software and external load boards to find carriers and negotiate rates Collaborate with operations to coordinate and track shipments Use phone, email, and messaging tools to drive daily sales activity Use innovative technology and AI integration daily for pricing, operations, load booking, etc What Success Looks Like You’ll thrive in this role if you: Think like an entrepreneur and take ownership of your results Enjoy building relationships and influencing others Bring energy, competitiveness, and a strong work ethic every day Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage your time effectively Stay curious, coachable, and motivated to continuously improve What You Bring Full-time availability in office (Monday–Friday) Previous sales or customer service experience Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone Hunger for success, a “hunter” mentality, and a results-driven mindset Why Beemac Logistics Uncapped earning potential!
