This is a genuine greenfield opportunity to build an entire demand generation function from scratch.
You'll own channels including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, ABM, GEO, email marketing and broader pipeline generation strategy.
You'll work closely with leadership, influence company growth, and have the opportunity to take ownership of the SDR/BDR function as the business scales.

Compensation: $180K-$250K base salary + competitive equity
Location: San Francisco, CA (5 days per week in office)
❓
Someone with 7-10 years of experience across Demand Generation, Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing within B2B SaaS, AI or Enterprise Software.
✅ Experience building a demand generation engine from scratch within a startup or high-growth environment.
✅ Strong experience across paid acquisition, ABM, attribution, pipeline generation and growth strategy.
