Position Summary The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) provides day-to-day clinical oversight, supports staffing and clinical operations, and assists with survey readiness and quality initiatives. This role is ideal for a strong nurse leader who can coach teams, drive follow-through, and model professional standards in a fast-paced long-term care environment. As Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) , you will help ensure safe care, strong documentation practices, and consistent clinical expectations across shifts. Location: 5000 Swoul Blvd, Stow, Ohio 44224 Skills and Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio (in good standing); BSN preferred Strong background in nursing administration with prior experience in nursing homes as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) . Proficient in managing medical records systems and documentation processes. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Knowledge of acute care practices and the ability to develop effective care plans. Excellent shift management capabilities to ensure efficient operations. Strong analytical skills for documentation review and quality assurance processes.
