Clinical Educator

Prollenium Medical Technologies is actively seeking a Clinical Educator for the Eastern USA territory to enhance the technical expertise and educational outreach of our comprehensive aesthetic portfolio, specifically focusing on the Revanesse® line. These roles will involve working directly within training clinics across the United States. Successful candidate will serve as the primary clinical authority, bridging scientific innovation with practical application, and will deliver high-level training to practitioners, ensuring the highest standards of safety, precision, and clinical efficacy in product utilization. Territory: Eastern USA MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Technical Instruction & Clinical Mentorship Conduct intensive, hands‑on workshops for healthcare professionals, covering advanced aesthetic and injection methodologies. This includes in-depth education on skin and facial anatomy, assessment skills, and effective implementation of Prollenium Medical Technologies (PMT) products. Mentor the field sales team through on‑label clinical demonstrations to enhance product fluency and anatomical knowledge. Build and maintain professional relationships with academic institutions and elite aesthetic clinics/providers to foster a community committed to clinical excellence. Scientific Advocacy & Industry Presence Collaborate with medical affairs to implement strategies at major industry conferences and symposia. Monitor and analyze scientific presentations and live demonstrations to identify emerging trends, address clinical inaccuracies, and gather market intelligence. Contribute to the development of evidence‑based educational content and clinical protocols aligned with the latest peer‑reviewed research. Thought Leadership & Innovation Remain at the forefront of industry advancements by mastering evolving techniques in rheology, tissue interaction, and aesthetic trends. Integrate modern safety standards and innovative delivery methods into the Prollenium training curriculum. Serve as a senior clinical consultant for internal stakeholders, providing expertise on complex medical queries and product performance. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Professional Licensure: Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) license in the state of residence, preferred. Registered Nurse (RN) could be considered. Professional Background: A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in the medical aesthetics sector, with documented mastery of injectable fillers, skin and laser science, and facial anatomy. Mobility: Willingness to travel 50% or more of the time, including overnight stays and weekend attendance at national congresses or KOL events. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with US regulatory frameworks (FDA) regarding scientific exchange, promotional vs. non‑promotional boundaries, and clinical trial ethics is advantageous. Subject Matter Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of facial musculature, vasculature, and the science of dermal fillers and energy‑based devices. Articulate Delivery: Proven ability to communicate complex scientific concepts into actionable clinical insights for diverse professional audiences. Independent Drive: A self‑starter capable of managing a complex schedule and regional priorities with minimal oversight. Software Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and general web navigation. Documentation: Experience with electronic reporting and writing tools for professional report submissions and record maintenance.
