In this role, you will be leading a technical team that performs engineering functions in support of subsystem design, development, and integration on a variety of CNI systems to include; communications systems, computers, and control and test equipment.Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related STEM discipline or equivalent experience/combined education.• Proven experience in systems engineering lifecycle, development, requirements decomposition, and application of processes and tools.• Professional experience with design, development, and integration of advanced avionics and communications systems to include data links, inertial navigation and GPS, and other related avionics subsystems.• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.• Must possess an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance (minimum).Desired Skills:• Advanced degree in electrical, electronics, or systems engineering, or a related STEM discipline. • Experience presenting to senior leaders, program management, and external customers.• Experience with Earned Value Management System tools/concepts.• Proven experience with supplier management.• Experience with Military and/or Government programs.• Ability to obtain DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance.Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: TS/SCIOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $128,400 - $226,435. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
