Role Description We are seeking a full‑time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at Rochester Family Dental, our private practice is located in Downtown Rochester, MI. The role involves performing regular dental hygiene procedures, educating patients on oral health, identifying and addressing periodontal concerns, and supporting the dental team in ensuring high‑quality patient care. This is an on‑site position, requiring exceptional clinical skills and a patient‑focused approach to dental health. We also have a hygiene assistant to help you turn over rooms, take x‑rays, re‑stock, etc. Qualifications Proficiency in dental hygiene practices, including Dental Prophylaxis and general Hygiene procedures Knowledge and experience in diagnosing and managing Periodontal Disease Strong understanding and application of general Dentistry and Dental Care procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and collaborate with patients and team members Current licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Michigan Commitment to providing patient‑focused care in a family‑oriented dental practice Punctuality, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive as part of a collaborative team #J-18808-Ljbffr ROCHESTER FAMILY DENTAL
