Job Details Job Location: Colorado Springs/Pueblo, CO 80919. Employment Type: Full‑time. Education Level: 4‑year degree required. Salary: $93,000 – $150,000 per year. We serve families in Southern Colorado and provide occupational, physical, and speech therapies, as well as CNA training. Designs and implements a plan of care based on evaluation of patient status. Conducts therapy within accepted standards of care and in accordance with state law. Provides physical therapy in a home‑care setting or outpatient clinic as assigned. Communicates effectively with clients, relatives, professionals, and support staff to achieve desired patient outcome. Adheres to established organizational policies and procedures, quality improvement program, safety, environmental, and infection control standards. Maintains current and accurate records of prescriptions, evaluations, treatments, goals, and care plans. Ensures conformity to third‑party payer regulations. Performs patient care visits in accordance with agency productivity requirements. Minimum education: Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association; master’s degree in a related field preferred. Licenses & Registrations Current license or eligibility for a license to practice physical therapy by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Affairs (DORA). Medical Specialty Home Health / Clinic.
