Branch Manager
- $17/ hr
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

- Collection of past due accounts-achieves individual and branch loan collection goals
- Receive payments and post to loan accounts
- Handle outbound and inbound calls
- Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment
- Answer questions on loan accounts and solve problems
- Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by telephone, email, or mail
- Initiate repossession proceedings
- Keep daily records of collection promises
- Minimum High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Other education (degrees and advance training) and related experience (job times and type of experience) needed for various positions (if available) and will be considered in determining eligibility for vacancies
- Experience with loan operating systems (GoldPoint a plus)
- Collections and loan servicing experience required
- Ability to travel in East Tennessee
